TREATMENTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

I have 29 years’ experience in the beauty and beauty education industries. Since initially qualifying in 1996 with the internationally renowned ITEC, CIBTAC and CIDESCO Diplomas, I have continued to professionally develop over the years along with new trends, techniques and have an extensive knowledge in a wide variety of areas.

As well as working in, managing and then owning my own salon in the past, I was a teacher from the age of 23 and later, the Curriculum Manager of a large Beauty Therapy division in a Further Education college for many years. From there, I moved into the International Exam Boards, firstly as Education Manager for CIBTAC, then as an International Examiner and Subject Matter Expert for ITEC.

In 2015 I started as an official visitor for the Professional Beauty Awards and continue to work as an official judge for the annual BABTAC & CIBTAC Industry Awards.

In 2017 I returned to CIBTAC to head up their Business Development department and carry out National & International examining, which I continue to do.

In 2018 I opened Nilosa, originally in Frimley High Street, then later, in 2023, moved the business to North Camp.  In 2025, I decided to close the commercial salon and continue Nilosa alone, from home.

​

In 2024 I started working for Shooting Star Children's Hospice as a Complementary Therapist and currently do 1 day per week delivering treatments to children and their families.

 

My passion for the industry grows with my experience and I continue to advocate for comprehensive training and continual professional development to ensure excellent standards are maintained within the industry.
