KATE LINDSAY - INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLOR

FdSc, BA MBACP

Kate has a Foundation Degree in The Clarkson Relational Integrative Counselling model from University of Greenwich and a BA in Counselling, also with University of Greenwich.   As a member of the BACP, she works within their ethical guidelines.  Kate is a qualified Integrative Therapist and works from a psychodynamic perspective with aspects of Gestalt, Existentialism and Person-to-Person; but above all she work with the individual, at their pace, taking into account their needs.  All of the work will be collaborative, honest and transparent.  Supervision and regular personal development keep her skills current and ethical.

Sometimes life can become overwhelming and talking through issues and anxieties can help to make sense of it all.  Therefore, the first session will be a no obligation assessment where Kate will discuss how you would like to work, any issues you may want to explore and will give you an opportunity to decide if you feel that you could work together.
